The Increasing of the Mosquito Population

I just found some mosquito bites on my hand and my foot. Whereas they never bite me like this. So I guess their population in my house is increasing in this transition period (rainy season --> summer). I hope they are not Aedes aegypti that cause the dengue fever, but last night I killed it and I inspected their species, it's a mosquito that has the body's structure like Aedes aegypti. I hope I stay healthy and can feel the fresh atmosphere here. :)
